To claim your promotional vouchers

• To qualify for the promotional vouchers, you must have purchased a minimum of two or four GT Radial SportActive Tyres (see section 10 for voucher values)
• All applications for promotional vouchers must be accompanied with proof of purchase, (invoice or receipt dated between 1st June 2017 (Promotion Start) and 31st July 2017 (Promotion End). Proof of purchase can be sent to the address in section 4 or apply online at win.gtradial.co.uk
• Any applications received after 31st July 2017 (Closing Date) will not qualify for the promotional vouchers
• Applications must be submitted online at win.gtradial.co.uk or sent to the address below with proof of purchase (see section 2);

• Open to individuals only, no companies. One application per person, no matter how many tyres purchased between the Promotion Start and Promotion End dates and submitted by the Closing Date

• Participants must be aged 18 or over as at the date of purchase
• The reward is not open to employees of Giti Tire (UK) Ltd (the Promoter), any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or any other company involved with the administration of this promotion or any member of their households

Validity

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or proof of purchase lost, damaged or delayed in transit to the address at rule 4 whether sent by the dealership or by you. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
• The qualifying entries will be accepted once they are received either online or by post with provided proof of purchase.

The Promotional Vouchers

• The promotional vouchers are leisure vouchers dependent on which size of SportActive tyres are bought.
  
  

  16” tyres
  2 tyres = £5 voucher
  4 tyres = £10 voucher
  

  17” tyres and above
  2 tyres = £10 voucher
  4 tyres = £20 voucher
  

• The promotional vouchers will be subject to the terms and conditions of the provider and the Promoter accepts no liability in respect of the vouchers or any terms and conditions relating to them

Applications

• All applications become the property of the Promoter on its receipt of them and will not be returned.
• Applicants accept that with their submission the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence or the purposes of related promotional purposes.

Distribution of vouchers

• The applicant will receive their voucher(s) no later than one month after receipt by the Promoter of a valid application together with proof of purchase
